It can be used in exactly the same way as conventional lemon juice - for cooking, drinks, dressings, etc. The taste is impeccable. It should be used up a little faster because there are no preservatives, but I have never had the stuff go bad in the fridge, so it really lasts long enough to be used up.
Es ist so schön, dass es auch noch Produkte ohne ellenlange Zutatenliste mit kryptischen Inhalten gibt. Kann man genau so verwenden, wie konventionellen Zitronensaft - zum Kochen, für Getränke, für Dressings usw. Geschmack ist einwandfrei. Sollte man halt ein bisschen schneller verbrauchen, da keine Konservierungsstoffe, aber ich hab es noch nie geschafft, dass mir das Zeug im Kühlschrank schlecht wird, hält also wirklich lange genug, um aufgebraucht zu werden.

Vorzugsweise bestelle ich mir Zitronensaft, um mein Mineralwasser etwas aufzupeppen. Der Zitronensaft von Samalu finde ich gar nicht so schlecht. Ist aber leider kein Konzentrat, von daher reicht es nicht allzu lange. Ansonsten ist es aber gut.
