Application:
Bring 1 cup (approx. 150 ml) of water to a boil in a pot. Add one filter bag, cover and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool down to room temperature and remove the filter bag. Unless otherwise prescribed, Salus recommends 3-6 cups daily for adults.
Children and adolescents: There is insufficient experience and research available on the use of this medicinal product in children and adolescents. It should therefore not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Pregnant and breast-feeding women: No adequate studies are available on the use of this medicinal product during pregnancy and breast-feeding period. Therefore, Vollmers Green Oat Tea should not be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding period.
There are insufficient data to make specific dosage recommendations in cases of impaired liver and/or kidney function.
Duration of use:
The duration of use in self-medication should not exceed 2 to 4 weeks. The user should consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or if side effects other than those mentioned in the package leaflet occur.

0.90 g oat herb chopped, 0.12 g nettle leaves chopped, 0.06 g Alpine lady's mantle chopped.
