I ordered the vitamin capsules because my hair has become thinner and thinner in recent months. It can't hurt that vitamins are also supposed to strengthen the psyche and counteract fatigue. I have been taking the vitamin capsules for about fifty days now, two capsules a day (in the morning and evening), with a little liquid, so the package lasts me a month. Slowly I'm getting the first feeling that my hair is growing again. However, I haven't noticed a real wow effect yet. Hopefully this will improve in the next few weeks. I haven't felt any side effects so far and I don't think the price is too high.

Die Vitaminkapseln habe ich mir bestellt, da meine Haare in den letzten Monaten immer dünner wurden. Dass Vitamine zusätzlich auch noch die Psyche stärken sollen und Ermüdung entgegenwirken, kann ja nicht schaden. Ich nehme die Vitaminkapseln inzwischen seit ca. fünfzig Tagen, täglich zwei Kapseln (morgens und abends), mit etwas Flüssigkeit ein, so reicht die Packung bei mir einen Monat. Langsam bekomme ich ein erstes Gefühl, dass meine Haare wieder mehr werden. Einen echten Wow-Effekt konnte ich bis jetzt aber noch nicht feststellen. Das wird in den nächsten Wochen hoffentlich noch besser. Nebenwirkungen habe ich bisher keine gespürt und auch den Preis finde ich nicht zu hoch.
