Application:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1/2 teaspoon (0.4 g) of wormwood in a cup and infuse for 5-10 minutes. Then strain the tea. For a less bitter tea, reduce the brewing time. Do not drink more than 3 cups daily.
