Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the filter bag and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. The manufacturer recommends drinking two infusions daily, unsweetend and throughout the day. The manufacturer recommends taking it over the long term or at least for 8 weeks.
