Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the freshly brewed tea 3-4 times a day and prepare as follows: pour 1 boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over one filter bag in a cup and allow to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.

Applications:
Decreasing efficiency of the heart; feeling of pressure and tightness in the heart region.
