Salus Organic Green Tea Sencha. The traditional green tea is an integral part of the Far East. In contrast to black tea, this stimulating tea is not fermented and has a slightly bitter taste. Application:
Bring fresh water to a boil and allow to cool down to 70-80 °C for about 5 minutes. Douse one tea bag per cup and allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.
Note: The content of valuable ingredients, especially EGCG, increases when you allow to steep the tea longer. The tea is getting bitter.
