It is difficult to write a suitable review here. It is difficult to verify the health effects of preparing it as a tea. In terms of flavour, I wouldn't recommend it, as my only association with it is "hay"...
But if you believe in the product promises made by the manufacturers of green oat extract, you might want to give this product a try.
