Bring fresh water to the boil and allow to cool down to 70 to 80 °C for about 5 minutes. Pour one tea bag per cup and allow to infuse for up to 2 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.

: Review date:The mild Pai Mu Tan is enriched with apple fruit and flowers in this blend. I find this gives it a slightly sweeter but still fresh character. A nice summer tea.
Der milde Pai Mu Tan wird in dieser Mischung durch Apfelfrüchte und Blüten bereichert. Ich finde dadurch bekommt er einen etwas süßeren aber dennoch frischen Charakter. Ein schöner Sommertee.

: Review date:The Salus tea variations are simply heavenly delicious and in organic quality. For a tea infusion, let the water cool down for a few minutes (up to 5 minutes) after boiling. This is important so that the delicate tea can unfold in a pleasantly mild way. I fill my large cup ("Humpen") only half full, too much water (which I also tended to do until recently) reduces the good taste and effect of tea. The first thing I smelled was jasmine tea and I was startled because I don't really like drinking jasmine tea, but this tea has a very mild taste. White tea did not get its name because of its colour. Rather, the tea is called white because the closed buds from which the tea is made are covered with white down. The raw material for the tea therefore appears white and the tea tastes as delicate as the fluff.
Die Salus Teevariationen sind einfach himmlisch lecker und in Bio Qualität. Für einen Teeaufguß das Wasser nach dem Aufkochen wirklich einige Minuten (bis zu 5 Minuten) abkühlen lassen, dass ist wichtig, das der zarte Tee sich angenehm mild entfalten kann. Ich fülle meine große Tasse ("Humpen") nur halb voll, zuviel Wasser (zu dem ich bis vor kurzem auch noch geneigt habe) vermindert den guten Geschmack und die Wirkung von Tee. Ich rieche als erstes den Jasmin Tee heraus und erschrak schon, weil ich den eigentlich nicht gerne trinke, aber dieser Tee ist ist sehr mild im Geschmack. Zu seinem Namen ist weißer Tee nicht aufgrund seiner Farbe gekommen. Viel eher nennt sich die Teesorte so, weil die geschlossenen Knospen, aus denen der Tee hergestellt wird, mit weißem Flaum umkleidet sind. Der Rohstoff für den Tee erscheint also weiß und so zart wie der Flaum ist schmeckt auch dieser Tee.
