Application:
Pour 200 ml of sparkling boiling water over 1 tablespoon (approx. 2 g) of tea in a cup, allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes and then strain.
Recommendation: Drink a cup of tea 2 to 3 times a day with your meals.
