Pour about one teaspoon of turmeric over 200 ml of sparkling boiling water. Leave to infuse for 7 minutes and then strain.
Recommendation: One cup per day. For a turmeric chai, combine with black tea and other spices such as cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. The tea can then be refined with milk or plant drink
