After drinking the Bach Flower Tea, I actually feel a bit better mentally, everyday life "feels" easier.... The taste reminds me of citrus/southern fruits, which may be due to the lemon balm leaves and lemon verbena leaves. After 8 minutes, this tea from Salus has finished brewing and has a caramel brown colour. What I like is that the tea "bag" (tea bag holder?) does not have a metal clip. I will add the tea to my portfolio at home, even if it is not a tea for every day for me. But such a boost of motivation and confidence can do everyone good in any situation in life and so I am armed!

Nach dem Genuss des Bachblüten-Tees geht es mir mental tatsächlich ein bisschen besser, der Alltag "fühlt" sich leichter an... Geschmacklich erinnert er mich an Zitrus-/Südfrüchte, was wohl an den Melissenblättern und Zitronenverbenenblättern liegen mag. Nach 8 Minuten ist dieser Tee von Salus fertig gezogen und hat eine karamellbraune Farbe. Was ich schön finde, ist, dass das Tee"zettelchen" (Teebeutelhalter?) ohne Metallklammer auskommt. Ich werde den Tee im mein Portfolio daheim aufnehmen, auch wenn es kein Tee für jeden Tag für mich ist. Doch so eine Stärkung von Motivation und Zuversicht kann jedem in jeder Lebenssituation gut tun und so bin ich gewappnet!
