: Review date:My colleagues and I always drink the Bach flower tea Calm & Serenity in the office. Especially when it gets more stressful in the afternoon, I prefer to make myself a cup of this instead of coffee. I can't say yet whether the tea really helps me to be more calm, but for a herbal tea it tastes very good.
Meine Kollegen und ich trinken den Bachblütentee Ruhe & Gelassenheit immer im Büro. Vor allem wenn es Nachmittags mal stressiger wird, mach ich mir statt Kaffee lieber eine Tasse hiervon. Ob der Tee wirklich zu mehr Gelassenheit verhilft, kann ich noch nicht sagen aber für einen Kräutertee schmeckt er mit sehr gut.
