Very tasty and very digestible because it effectively cleanses the stomach and intestines - at least that's my feeling. I like to drink a cup of aniseed tea in the evening before I go to sleep and I imagine that it helps me to leave the day feeling more relaxed.

Sehr lecker und sehr bekömmlich, weil er wirkungsvoll aufräumt im Bauch und Darm - zumindest ist so mein Gefühl. Ich trinke gerne abends vor dem Einschlafen noch eine Tasse Anistee und bilde mir ein, dadurch auch entspannter aus dem Tag gehen zu können.
