Salus Omega 3 Compact. The capsules contain a concentrate of Alaska pollock fish oil from sustainable fishing with 75% omega-3 content. One capsule contains 375 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 200 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 150 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
