The Neuro Sleep Melatonin Forte 3 mg 2-phase tablets provide the body with 2 mg melatonin in the first, quick-release phase to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The second phase allows a gradual release of 1 mg melatonin over a period of several hours.

The positive effect on falling asleep is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
