Salus Neuro Sleep Melatonin 2-Phases in the small pack with 30 tablets. Food supplement with melatonin and plant extracts. Healthy sleep is important for our general well-being. The melatonin level also has an influence on the time it takes to fall asleep. When it gets dark, the pineal gland in our brain produces melatonin. The messenger substance acts as a signal to fall asleep.
The Neuro Sleep Melatonin 2-phase tablets provide the body with 1.2 mg of melatonin in the first, fast-release phase to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The second phase provides a gradual release of 0.6 mg of melatonin over a period of several hours.

The positive effect on the time it takes to fall asleep occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients:

Fillers (calcium phosphates, microcrystalline cellulose), lavender flower extract, hop cone extract, filler calcium carbonate, stabiliser hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, passion flower herb extract, stabiliser cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, melatonin, separating agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), colourants (betanin, anthocyanins).
