Ashwaganda root extract, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), melissa leaf extract, passionflower extract, lavender extract, separating agent (magnesium salts from fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose), calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, methylcobalamin.
