Application:

Method of administration: To drink after preparing a tea infusion.
Dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 3 to 4 times a day a cup of tea infusion prepared as follows: pour (150 ml) boiling water over 1-2 filter bags in a cup and leave it brew for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Note: Please pay attention to drink plenty of liquids additionally.

Applications: To flush the urinary tract and the prevention and treatment of renal gravel; for supportive treatment of rheumatic complaints.
Note: If there is blood in the urine, fever, or when the afflictions continue after 7 days, seek medical assistance. It should also in acute rheumatic complaints, for example, accompanied by redness, swelling or hyperthermia of joints, and persistent complaints seek medical assistance.

Contraindications: From the widespread use of nettle leaves as food no evidence of risk in pregnancy and lactation have shown so far. However, Results of experimental studies don't exist. Teas of nettle leaves should therefore not be used in pregnancy and lactation. There are no well documented studies about the use of it on children. Nettle leaves should therefore not be used by children under 12 years. Note: For edema due to impaired cardiac or renal activity an irrigation therapy is not indicated.
