Application:
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the tea infusion three times a day half an hour before meals to stimulate the appetite, in case of indigestion after meals. The infusion is prepared as follows: douse 1 teaspoon full (about 1.5 g) of yarrow with boiling water (about 150 ml) and strain after 10 to 15 minutes.
For sitting baths: use 4 filter bags for 1 litre of water.
Applications:
Internal use for: lack of appetite; indigestion such as mild cramp-like complaints in the gastrointestinal tract.
Sitting baths: in case of painful cramp of psycho-vegetative origin in the small pelvis of the woman (Pelvipathia vegetativa).
Note:
If symptoms persist for more than 1 week or recur periodically, a doctor should be consulted.

: Review date:An excellent yarrow tea. The bags have a good filling and it tastes really like yarrow. Very tasty for my taste. However, I have to say that I only drink water or yarrow tea.
Ein hervorragender Schafgarbentee. Die Beutel haben eine gute Füllung und er schmeckt richtig nach Schafgarbenkraut. Für meinen Geschmack sehr lecker. Allerdings muss ich dazu sagen, dass ich ausschließlich Wasser oder Schafgarbentee trinke.

: Review date:We usually have the yarrow product in a large bag from Salus. However, the tea bags are quicker to brew, especially if you don't want a large pot, don't have a tea infuser or such utensils are not available (in our case, for example, at work). The filter bags are not wrapped in paper like Yogitea. For us, they taste good, but not as intense as the loose cut. (Even when using the loose cut sparingly).
Das Produkt Schafgarbenkraut haben wir sonst als große Tüte von Salus. Die Teebeutel lassen sich jedoch schneller aufbrühen, vor allem, wenn es keine große Kanne sein soll, kein Teeei vorhanden ist oder solche Utensilien nicht verfügbar sind (bei uns z.B. Arbeitsstelle). Die Filterbeutel sind nicht extra nochmal in Papier eingepackt wie bei Yogitea. Für uns schmecken sie, jedoch nicht so intensiv wie der lose Schnitt. (Auch bei sparsamer Verwendung des losen Schnittes.)
