Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 tea bag and leave it covered for about 15 minutes. Then remove the tea bag. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of freshly prepared tea 3 to 4 times a day between meals.

Ingredients/INCI:

1 infusion bag (2.0 g) contains the following active ingredients: 0.5 g birch leaves, 0.5 g giant goldenrod herb, 0.5 g horsetail herb, 0.2 g horsetail root. Other ingredients: Nettle leaves, peppermint leaves, marigold flowers.
