Salus Medicinal Tea Stinging Nettle Leaves is a herbal medicinal product for rinsing the urinary tract and in case of muscle and joint pain. The nettle leaves are prepared as a tea infusion.

Application:

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion 3-4 times a day and prepare as follows: pour 4 teaspoonful (approx. 2.8 g) of nettle leaves with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and strain after about 10 to 15 minutes.

Applications:
For rinsing the urinary tract and for treating kidney gravel; for the supportive treatment of rheumatic complaints.

Note:
If there is blood in the urine, in case of fever or if the symptoms persist for more than 7 days, a doctor should be consulted. A doctor should also be consulted when acute rheumatic complaints which are accompanied by redness, swelling or excessive heat in the joints, as well as in case of persistent complaints.

50 g medicinal tea contain 50 g nettle leaves (Urticae folium) from certified organic farming.

Additional Information:

For use in adults and children from 12 years of age.

Contraindications:
The widespread use of nettle leaves as food has so far shown no evidence of risks during pregnancy or breastfeeding period. However, results of experimental investigations are not available. Nettle leaves should therefore not be used in children under the age of 12 years. Note: a rinsing therapy is not indicated for oedemata as a result of compromised cardiac function or kidney activity.

Works wonderfully for me. Half a cup of tea is enough for me, then the effect sets in and I have to go to the toilet more often. This is good quality at a reasonable price. Will order again.
