Salus Medicinal Tea St. John's Wort. This medicinal tea can be used to treat nervous restlessness and sleep disturbances. St. John's Wort is a perennial, erect plant with a branched upper part and a stem that grows to a height of 20 to 100 cm. The oil which is obtained from the fresh flowers as well as the dried twigs of the herb which are harvested shortly before flowering have been established in medicinal use.

Pour about 150 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of St. John's Wort and strain after about 10 minutes. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1-2 cups of freshly made tea regularly in the morning and evening.
