Application:

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion 3 to 4 times a day and prepare as follows: pour about 150 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoonful (about 1.5 g) of sage leaves and strain after about 10 to 15 minutes.
For use in the oropharyngeal region, rinse or gargle with a tea infusion prepared as follows: pour a generous amount of 1½ teaspoonful (approx. 2.5 g) of sage leaves with approx. 100 ml of boiling water and strain after about 10 to 15 minutes.

Applications:
Internal use for: indigestion with mild cramps in the gastrointestinal tract, bloatedness, flatulence; excessive sweat secretion. External use for: inflammation of the mucous membrane of mouth and throat.

Duration of use:
In the case of acute complaints that last longer than one week or recur periodically, please consult a doctor.

75 g medicinal tea contain 75 g sage leaves (Salviae folium) from certified organic farming.

Loose sage, usable not only for a tea preparation but also for gnocci in sage butter. However, the sage leaves are not clearly visible and the tea seems somehow woolly.

Loser Salbei, verwendbar nicht nur für eine Teezubereitung, sondern auch für Gnocci in Salbeibutter. Die Salbeiblätter sind allerdings nicht klar zu erkennen und der Tee wirkt irgendwie wollig.
