Application:
Internal application: Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion twice to 3 times a day in case of indigestion and prepare as follows: pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 teaspoonful (approx. 2 g) of rosemary leaves and strain after approx. 10 to 15 minutes.
External use: First prepare an infusion made from 50 g rosemary leaves and 1 l of water and then dilute to a full bath.
Applications:
Internal use for indigestion.
External use in rheumatic diseases for supportive therapy; circulatory complaints.
Duration of application:
In case of acute symptoms that persist for more than 1 week or recur periodically, a doctor should be consulted.
Ingredients/INCI:
60 g medicinal tea contain 60 g rosemary leaves (Rosmarini folium) from certified organic farming.
Additional Information:
For use in adults and children from 12 years of age.
Contraindications for tea infusions:
There are insufficient studies on the use of the rosemary leaves during pregnancy and breastfeeding period as well as for the use in children under 12 years of age. The rosemary leaves should therefore not be drunk by this group of persons.
Contraindications for a bath:
With major skin injuries and acute skin diseases, severe febrile and infectious diseases, cardiac insufficiency and high blood pressure, full baths, regardless of the ingredient, should only be used after consulting a doctor.
