Salus Medicinal Tea Ribwort Plantain Leaves. The medicinal tea made from the leaves of ribwort plantain can be used both internally and externally on the skin. For drinking after preparing a tea brew and for rinsing or gargling as well as for poultices after preparing a cold extraction.

Application:

Unless otherwise prescribed, when suffering from catarrh of the respiratory tract, drink a cup of the prepared tea infusion as follows 3 to 4 times a day: douse 2 teaspoons (approx. 1.4 g) of ribwort leaves with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and strain after about 10 to 15 minutes.
For rinsing, gargling and preparing poultices, make a cold extraction 3 to 4 times a day: pour cold water (approx. 150 ml) over 2 teaspoons (approx. 1.4 g) of ribwort leaves, leave to stand for 1 to 2 hours, stirring frequently, and then strain.

Applications:
Internal application for catarrh of the respiratory airways and inflammatory changes in the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. External application for inflammatory changes of the skin.

Duration of use:
Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute complaints lasting longer than a week or recurring periodically.

60 g medicinal tea contain 60 g leaves of ribwort plantain (Plantaginis lanceolatae folium) from certified organic farming.
