Salus Medicinal Tea Organic Stinging Nettle Leaves. Wrapped in filter bags. The nettle leaves are prepared as a tea infusion. This herbal remedy can be used for rinsing the urinary tract and in the case of muscle and joint pain.

Application:

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the tea 3-4 times a day. The infusion is prepared as follows: pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1-2 filter bags in a cup and allow to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.
Note: Make sure to drink plenty of liquid.

Applications:
For rinsing the urinary tract and for treating kidney gravel; for the supportive treatment of rheumatic complaints.

Note:
If there is blood in the urine, in case of fever or if the symptoms persist for more than 7 days, a doctor should be consulted. A doctor should also be consulted when acute rheumatic complaints which are accompanied by redness, swelling or excessive heat in the joints, as well as in case of persistent complaints.

Ingredients/INCI:

1 filter bag contains 1.3 g nettle leaves (Urticae folium) from certified organic farming.

Additional Information:

For use in adults and children from 12 years of age.

Contraindications:
The widespread use of nettle leaves as food has so far shown no evidence of risks during pregnancy or breastfeeding period. However, results of experimental investigations are not available. Nettle leaves should therefore not be used in children under the age of 12 years.
Note: a rinsing therapy is not indicated for oedemata as a result of compromised cardiac function or kidney activity.
