Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion several times a day and prepare as follows: pour 1 tablespoonfull (approx. 2 g) of birch leaves with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and strain after about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of liquids.

Applications:
For rinsing the urinary tract and for kidney gravel; for the supportive treatment of rheumatic complaints.

Duration of use:
In the case of acute complaints that last longer than one week or recur periodically, please consult a doctor.
