Application:

Put a heaped tablespoonful into a cup (150 ml) of cold water, let it steep for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, and then strain. Bring to the boil briefly and leave to cool down to drinking temperature. For ingestion after preparing an infusion. Adults drink one cup of mistletoe tea 2 to 3 times a day.

Duration of use:
In the case of complaints of unclear cause, self-medication should be stopped after two weeks. If you have accidentally taken 1 or 2 single doses (corresponding to one cup or two cups of mistletoe) more, this usually has no adverse consequences. In this case, continue taking the medicine as described or prescribed in the dosage instructions. If you have considerably overdosed this medicine, you should consult a doctor. If you have taken too little mistletoe or have forgotten to take it, do not take double the amount the next time, but continue to take it as prescribed by your doctor or as described in the package information leaflet.

Medicinal tea for adults. There are no studies on the use of mistletoe in children and adolescents
children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Mistletoe should therefore not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Safety during pregnancy and breast-feeding has not been studied. The use of mistletoe is not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers. There is insufficient data for specific dosage recommendations for impaired kidney/liver function.
