Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 3 to 5 times a day, preferably hot: pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 filter bag and allow to steep for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.

With colds.

If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, if you have breathing difficulties, fever or purulent or bloody expectoration, you should consult a doctor.
