Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2-3 times a day about half an hour before meals to stimulate the appetite, or after meals in case of digestive problems:
Pour sparkling boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 teaspoonful (approx. 1.8 g) of centaury and strain after about 10-15 minutes.
Method of use:
To drink after preparing an tea infusion.
Duration of use:
Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute complaints that last longer than a week or recur periodically.
