Application:
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of tea several times a day. The infusion is prepared as follows: pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over one filter bag and allow to infuse for about 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure to keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of liquids.
Applications:
For rinsing the urinary tract and for kidney gravel; for the supportive treatment of rheumatic complaints.

: Review date:The tea tastes very good. The birch is probably a very valuable tree overall. I will immediately reorder the tea when my supply runs out. I drink the tea every now and then as a cure when I think I have something wrong with my kidneys or urinary tract, which is at least once a year.
Der Tee schmeckt sehr gut. Die Birke ist wohl ein insgesamt ein sehr wertvoller Baum. Ich werde den Tee sofort nachbestellen, wenn mein Vorrat dem Ende zu geht. Ich trinke den Tee immer mal wieder kurmäßig, wenn ich meine, etwas an den Nieren oder Harnwegen zu haben, was mindestens einmal im Jahr der Fall ist.
