Recommended intake:
Consume 2 heaped tablespoons (approx. 31 g) twice a day with plenty of liquid (ratio 1:10). When added to muesli or junket drink about 150 ml of liquid.
Suitable for long-term use, even during pregnancy. Do not take in case of intestinal obstruction.

: Review date:Very tasty as a topping for natural yoghurt in the morning. I know of an alternative that does not require skimmed milk powder, but is unfortunately much more expensive than this flaxseed granulate. I would still like the price-quantity ratio to be a little more favourable, but otherwise a nice crunch.
Sehr lecker als Topping zum morgendlichen Naturjoghurt. Ich kenne noch eine Alternative, die ohne Magermiclhpulver auskommt, aber leider deutlich teurer ist als dieser Leinsamen-Granulat. Das Preis-Menge-Verhältnis würde ich mir trotzdem etwas günstiger wünschen, aber sonst ein schöner Crunch.

Eine super Alternative, um sich ein paar Schritte beim Smoothie zu sparen! Das Granulat ist süß genug, dass man nicht noch extra süßen muss und das Milchpulver gibt ein wenig Farbe hinzu. : Review date:I swear by flaxseed because it is very digestible and helps with digestion. Flügge's flaxseed with honey tastes delicious and is a welcome change from conventional flaxseed. I always add a few tablespoons to natural yoghurt or muesli in the morning. It tastes really good and fills you up for the whole morning.
Ich schwöre auf Leinsamen, denn er ist sehr bekömmlich und hilft bei der Verdauung. Der Leinsamen mit Honig von Flügge schmeckt sehr lecker und ist eine willkommene Abwechslung zu herkömmlichen Leinsamen. Ich gebe morgens immer einige EL entweder in Naturjogurt oder zum Müsli.
