Salus Japanese Mint Oil is an essential mint oil for oral use, inhalation and rubbing into the skin. It may act supportive in respiratory diseases as well as muscle pain and nerve pain-like complaints, but can also be used as a herbal gastrointestinal remedy.

Application:

Internal use: unless otherwise prescribed, add 2 drops of Japanese Mint Oil on sugar or in a glass of warm water and take 1 to 3 times a day.

For inhalation: add 3 to 4 drops of Japanese Mint Oil to hot water.

If used externally: rub a few drops of Japanese Mint Oil into the affected skin parts.

Internal use in:
Flatulence; functional stomach, intestinal and gall problems; catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.

External use in:
Muscle pain and nerve pain-like complaints; catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.

Period of application:
Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute complaints that last longer than one week or recur periodically.

10 ml contain as active ingredient: 10 ml mint oil.

Additional Information:

Store protected from light and tightly closed.

In infants and small children, Japanese Mint Oil should not be applied to the facial area, especially the nose.
In case of gallstone disease, Japanese Mint Oil should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of biliary obstruction, inflammation of the gall bladder, severe liver damage.

I put one or two drops on my hot water bottle in the evening and can fall asleep much better since then. The airways are clear and somehow I really like this essential mint scent!
