Application:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the filter bag in a cup and leave to infuse for 7 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. The manufacturer recommends drinking a cup of tea 3 times a day before meals and also drinking at least 1.5 litres of liquid per day.
