Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 filter bag and let it steep for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of freshly brewed tea 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.

Ingredients/INCI:

1 filter bag (1.8 g) contains as active ingredients:
0.54 g valerian root
0.36 g lemon balm leaves
0.36 g passion flower herb
0.18 g peppermint leaves

Other ingredients:
Camomile blossoms, liquorice root, anise, rosehip peels.

Additional Information:

For use in adults and children from 12 years of age.

Very tasty evening tea. I can't say whether it really helps you fall asleep, but it certainly doesn't do any harm.

Sehr leckerer Abendtee. Ob er wirklich beim Einschlafen hilft, vermag ich nicht zu sagen, aber er schadet auf jeden Fall nicht.
