Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one tea bag per cup and allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Then remove the tea bag.
Note: The tea becomes more bitter with increasing brewing time.
The manufacturer recommends drinking 2 to 3 cups of Freetox Organic Tea throughout the day and additionally sufficient liquid (approx. 2 litres), mild herbal tea or mineral water for example.
