Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one tea bag per cup and allow to infuse for 7 minutes. Then remove the tea bag.
The manufacturer recommends drinking 2 to 3 cups of Freetox Organic Tea throughout the day and also drinking enough liquid (approx. 2 litres), mild herbal tea or mineral water for example.
