Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of herbal tea per cup and allow to infuse for 7 minutes. Then strain the tea. The manufacturer recommends drinkng 3 to 4 cups a day.

This tea is very aromatic and tastes wonderfully spicy. The quantities of the different herbs are finely balanced. Only the mint tastes a little prominent, but not too much.

Dieser Tee ist sehr aromatisch und schmeckt herrlich würzig. Die Mengen der verschiedenen Kräuter sind fein aufeinander abgestimmt. Nur die Minze schmeckt etwas hervor, aber nicht zu sehr.
