Recommended intake:
1 to 2 capsule(s) a day with sufficient of liquid.
It is recommended to take the capsule(s) half an hour before a meal.
The intake should take place over a period of 4 to 8 weeks.
If possible, the capsules should not be taken with coffee or black or green tea, because the tannins contained may impair the absorption of iron.
Ingredients:
Iron gluconate, baobab fruit powder (21%), hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule shell), yarrow powder (7%), nettle powder (7%), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinamide (niacin), separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
