Salus Floradix Iron plus B Vitamins. The food supplement contains 14 mg iron(II) and the vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamin C per capsule. The capsules do not contain added folic acid and are specially designed for women who already supplement folic acid.

Recommended intake:
Take 1 - 2 capsule(s) per day with sufficient of liquid. It is recommended to take the capsule(s) half an hour before a meal. The capsules should be taken over a period of 4 to 8 weeks. If possible, they should not be taken with coffee, black tea or green tea, because the tannins contained may impair the absorption of iron.

Ingredients:

Olive oil, fish gelatine, ferrous gluconate, humectant glycerol, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), coconut fat, herbal dry extract (6%) (from spinach leaves, nettle leaves, carrots, bitter fennel fruits, centaury, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide), palm kernel oil, separating agent beeswax white and yellow, nicotinamide (niacin), calcium-D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), colouring agent iron oxides and iron hydroxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Quite tasteless pills with "all sorts of useful stuff". In my search for a reasonably priced, naturally produced B vitamin supplement with other important nutrients, I decided on this one after a lot of research and am very satisfied.

Recht geschmacksneutrale Pillen mit "allerhand nützlichem Zeug". Auf der Suche nach preislich passablem, natürlich hergestelltem und mit weiteren wichtigen Nährstoffen versetztem B-Vitamin-Präparat habe ich mich nach langer Recherche für dieses hier entschieden und bin sehr zufrieden.
