Pour boiling water (about 150 ml) over one filter bag, cover and allow to infuse for about 10 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of freshly brewed tea several times a day.
Applications:
Symptoms of bronchitis and to decrease irritation when suffering from catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract or a dry cough.

0.5 g bitter fennel*

: Review date:I don't dare to judge whether the tea really helps against cough irritation. I bought it for this reason and my throat improved, but it's hard to say whether it was just because of the tea. What I can say in any case is that it tastes incredibly delicious. As soon as it gets colder outside, I like to drink this tea just as a herbal tea, because it really tastes like what the ingredients say. It's funny that a medicinal tea, of all things, is now a permanent fixture in my kitchen because of the taste :D
Ob der Tee wirklich gegen Hustenreiz hilft, traue ich mich nicht zu beurteilen. Ich habe ihn zwar aus diesem Grund gekauft und mein Hals hat sich dann auch gebessert, aber ob es nur an dem Tee lag ist schwer zu sagen. Was ich auf jeden Fall sagen kann ist, dass er unglaublich lecker schmeckt. Sobald es draußen kälter wird, trinke ich diesen Tee gerne einfach so als Kräutertee, da er wirklich nach dem schmeckt, was in den Zutaten steht. Schon witzig, dass ausgerechnet ein Arzneitee aufgrund des Geschmacks nun permanentes Inventar in meiner Küche ist :D
