Salomar Fleur de Sel de L'Atlantique. Only on hot and windless days does the fleur de sel appear as a wafer-thin layer on the surface of the water. From there, it is skimmed off by hand with a wooden shovel. This natural sea salt intensifies the flavour of savoury dishes, but also rounds off sweet dishes excellently.
