Dissolve FemBit in your hand with warm water. Apply the resulting wash lotion to the intimate area with your hand or a flannel and rub gently. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Allow FemBit to dry thoroughly after use.

I can only recommend it. I was a little scared at first because I didn't know how well a bar of soap could regulate the pH. It doesn't lather up so much, but that's true. Cleanses well, no itching or other discomfort. The scent takes a little getting used to, but not very strong, so it goes away right after washing. It's not perfumed, which is important of course, it's not supposed to smell like flowers either :)
I've been using it for a long time now, it definitely lasts a long time.

Kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich hatte zuerst etwas Angst, weil ich nicht wusste wie gut ein Seifenstück den ph Wert regulieren kann. Es schäumt nicht so sehr auf, aber das ist auch richtig. Reinigt gut, kein jucken oder andere Beschwerden. Der Duft riecht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nicht sehr stark, so verfliegt er nach dem Waschen direkt. Es ist nicht parfümiert, was natürlich wichtig ist, das soll auch nicht nach Blumen duften :)
Ich benutze es jetzt schon sehr lange, man kommt auf jeden Fall lange mit hin.

Thanks to the correctly adjusted pH value of 3.8, finally an alternative to correspondingly acidic liquid products! It hardly foams and has a very subtle scent. The scent reminds me somehow of those sherbet chunks that were available (in the past). Since it softens quickly, I have attached it to a magnetic suction cup soap holder in the shower. I also use it on my body when I'm out and about, but never on my face (eyes!) because of the acidic pH. I will never trade it in again!

Dank dem richtig angepassten pH-Wert von 3,8 endlich eine Alternative zu entsprechend sauren flüssigen Produkten! Es schäumt kaum und duftet wirklich nur ganz dezent. Erinnert mich vom Duft irgendwie an diese Brausebrocken die es (früher) gab. Da es schnell aufweicht, habe ich es mit einem Magnet-Saugnapf-Seifenhalter in der Dusche befestigt. Ich benutze es unterwegs auch für den Körper, jedoch wegen des sauren PH Wertes niemals im Gesicht (Augen!). Werde es nie mehr eintauschen!
