: Review date:This is how pig's ears should be: tender, crunchy, flaky, with a hint of cinnamon and delicious dark chocolate. They are a little too compact for us. But that has the advantage that they don't crumble so much. The perfect earli for the cookie monster could be a bit fluffier and flakier - but since nothing mundane can be divinely perfect, full stars ;-)
So müssen Schweineohren sein: zart, knusprig, blättrig, mit einem Hauch Zimt und leckerer dunkler Schoki. Sie sind für uns eine Idee zu kompakt. Das hat aber den Vorteil, dass es nicht so sehr krümelt. Das perfekte Öhrli fürs Krümelmonster dürfte noch etwas fluffiger, blättriger sein - da aber nichts Weltliches göttlich-perfekt sein kann, volle Sternchen ;-)
