: Review date:How would I describe this snack? Super thinly baked spelt biscuits with cumin seeds in the slices. Because the round slices are so thin, they are really crispy and tender at the same time. I would like to give this spelt biscuit to my mother as a present, as she is a big caraway fan. However, I had to try them myself first, because I want to know what I'm giving away. So far, I have only had good experiences with the manufacturer Rosengarten. The one star is only deducted because I am not the biggest caraway fan and the caraway flavour was sometimes a bit too intense for me. This only happened when the caraway seeds clustered in some places, and that didn't happen too often. I have to say, though, that you get used to the intense caraway flavour and I always found it more pleasant when nibbling. I could also imagine the pastry with rosemary or other herbs.
Wie würde ich diesen Snack beschreiben? Super dünn gebackenes Dinkelgebäck mit Kümmelsamen in den Scheiben. Dadurch, dass die runden Scheiben so dünn sind, sind sie richtig knusprig und zart zugleich. Ich möchte dieses Dinkelgebäck meiner Mutter schenken, da sie ein großer Kümmelfan ist. Allerdings musste ich sie zuvor selbst probieren, da ich ja wissen möchte was ich da verschenke. Bisher hatte ich nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Hersteller Rosengarten gemacht. Den einen Stern gibt es nur abgezogen, da ich nicht der allergrößte Kümmelfan bin und mir der Kümmelgeschmack manchmal etwas zu intensiv war. Auch nur, wenn an manchen Stellen sich die Kümmelsamen gehäuft haben und das kam auch nicht all zu oft vor. Wobei ich sagen muss, dass man sich an den intensiven Kümmelgeschmack gewöhnt und ich ihn beim Knabbern immer angenehmer empfand. Ich könnte mir das Gebäck mit Rosmarin oder anderen Kräutern auch gut vorstellen.

Der Meinung von Sonja N. kann ich nicht ganz zustimmen. Ich denke, dass Geschmack individuell ist. Für meinen Geschmack sind die Kümmel-Cräcker nicht zu trocken. Sie sind knusprig gebacken, richtig schön dünn und schmecken dezent nach Kümmel, was ich sehr angenehm finde. Ich würde sie auch nie mit Chips vergleichen, da das was ganz anderes ist.

Staubtrocken die Dinkels! Okay, immer noch natürlicher als herkömmliche Paprika Chips aber bei weitem nicht so lecker! Dezenten Kümmelgeschmack schmeckte man raus, aber ansonsten werden mich diese Dinkel Chips sicher nicht zum erneuten Kauf animieren!
