Ein leckerer, süßer Aufstrich, obwohl kein Zucker darin ist, sondern nur die Süße der Früchte sowie Apfelsüße. Da ich unter Fructose-Intoleranz leider, ist es wichtig, den passenden Fruchtaufstrich zu finden, was sehr schwierig ist, da die meisten entweder Agavendicksaft, Zuckeraustauschstoffe oder zuviel Fructose enthalten. Dieser Aufstrich ist fein in seiner Konsistenz, keine dicken Fruchtstücke etc. Einfach genial!

: Review date:For me, this is the tastiest jam in the world, there is no better. The apricot tastes so natural and fruity, like no other I have tasted so far. I always order several jars at once from Violey and look forward every week to enjoying it again on a fresh buttered roll on Sunday morning. I have also mixed it with rice pudding and yoghurt, because there is no extra sugar in Fiordifrutta. The consistency is comparatively firm. The other varieties are also delicious, but apricot is the best. You should definitely try it. A big compliment to Rigoni for their Fiordifrutta Apricot.
Für mich ist das die leckerste Marmelade der Welt, für mich gibt es keine bessere. Die Aprikose schmeckt so natürlich und fruchtig, wie noch keine andere, die ich bisher probiert habe. Ich bestelle bei Violey immer gleich mehrere Gläser auf einmal und freue mich jede Woche darauf, dass ich sie am Sonntagmorgen wieder auf einem frischen Butterbrötchen genießen kann. Sie wurde von mir auch schon mit Milchreis und Joghurt gemischt, denn in der Fiordifrutta ist kein extra Zucker enthalten. Die Konsistenz ist vergleichsweise fest. Auch die anderen Sorten schmecken lecker, aber Aprikose ist die Allerbeste. Die sollte man unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Ein großes Kompliment an Rigoni für ihre Fiordifrutta Aprikose.

Die Marmelade schmeckt sehr aromatisch und intensiv nach Aprikosen. Gesüßt wird nur mit natürlichem Apfelzucker und das schmeckt man. Wirklich ein Genuss für die Sinne. Meine absoluter Favorit unter den Rigoni die Asiago Fiordifrutta Aufstrichen.
