Reishunger Organic Sushi Rice. Selenio sushi rice makes preparing sushi a pleasure. The starch content makes the round grain a sticky, soft rice wonder that is simply marvellous for rolling sushi.
Preparation in the cooking pot:
- Wash the rice two or three times
- Place the rice in a saucepan with a rice/water ratio of 1 rice : 1.5 water
- Bring to the boil on the highest setting on the hob. Then simmer for 20 minutes on a medium heat.
- Bring the rice to the boil and serve.
Preparation in the rice cooker:
- Wash the rice two or three times
- Place the rice in the rice cooker with the rice/water ratio: 1 rice : 1.25 water
- Select "Sushi" mode and start the cooking process. Sooo... and now? Wait and see or get out the chopsticks.
- Bring the rice to the boil and serve.
