Once and never again... As different as tastes are, for me this is the worst basil pesto I have ever come across, and the most expensive too. I really miss the non-existent taste of basil.

Einmal und nie wieder... So verschieden die Geschmäcker sind, aber dies ist für mich das schlechteste Basilikum-Pesto, das mir je untergekommen ist, und das Teuerste dazu. Es vermisse sehr den nicht vorhandenen Geschmack nach Basilikum.

That's how different tastes and demands are. However, we, that is my husband, my mother and I, ordered it for the same reasons as our previous reviewer, but this pesto fully met our expectations. Great taste, you can clearly taste the basil. Simply great.

So unterschiedlich sind die Geschmäcker, oder Ansprüche. Wie auch immer, wir, das sind mein Mann, meine Mutter und ich, haben aus den selben Beweggründen bestellt wie unser Vorrezensent, doch hat dieses Pesto bei uns die Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Großartiger Geschmack, man schmeckt den Basilikum deutlich heraus. Einfach toll.

When you order something from Redoro, you have high expectations. I admit that. But if you know the olive oil or the balsamic, these demands are justified. But unfortunately, this pesto is nothing special for me. It tastes good, no question, and perhaps better than the one from the supermarket. But, as already mentioned, the bar is high. I expected more.

Wenn man von Redoro etwas bestellt, hat man hohe Ansprüche. Das gebe ich zu. Doch wenn man das Olivenöl oder das Balsamico kennt, sind diese Ansprüche berechtigt. Doch leider ist dieses Pesto für mich nichts besonderes. Es schmeckt gut, keine Frage und vielleicht auch beser als das aus dem Supermarkt. Aber, wie bereits erwähnt, die Messlatte liegt hoch. Ich habe mehr erwartet.
