I usually buy Redoro Aceto Balsamico di Modena in Italy (Jessolo), but last year I bought too little. I found out about this company by browsing the internet and thought I'd give it a try and I must say I was amazed: 1. very fast delivery, 2. inexpensive and 3. almost identical in taste. Mine is a touch milder but nevertheless my "new one" is also delicious and I will recommend it to my friends.

Normalerweise kaufe ich Redoro Aceto Balsamico Di Modena in Italien (Jessolo), habe aber letztes Jahr zu wenig gekauft. Durch Stöbern im Internet bin ich auf diese Firma aufmerksam geworden und dachte probier mal und ich muß sagen ich war erstaunt : 1. sehr schnelle Lieferung, 2. kostengünstig und 3. geschmacklich fast identisch. Meiner ist ein Hauch milder aber dennoch ist mein "Neuer" auch lecker werde ihn meinen Freunde empfehlen.

Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed by this vinegar. For a balsamic vinegar, it lacks the subtle note, somehow a bit bland. The rose-coloured balsamic vinegar from Redoro tastes much better.

Von diesem Essig bin ich leider etwas enttäuscht. Für einen Balsamico fehlt mir hier die feine Note, irgendwie etwas fad. Der rosefarbene Balsamico-Essig von Redoro schmeckt uns um Längen besser.
